Find the Right Level for Your Child

Register for the 2026 Swim Season

Parent-and-Me (Ages 2–3):

A parent-supported introduction to the water focused on comfort, safety, and foundational skills. Children begin building trust in the water while parents learn how to support confidence and progress outside of class. Best for: First-time swimmers and toddlers new to the water.

Level 1 (Ages 3–5):

Designed to help swimmers build comfort and confidence in the water. Skills include assisted floating, gliding, kicking, and breath control, with hands-on support that gradually decreases as confidence grows. Best for: Children who are new to swim lessons or still gaining comfort in the water.

Level 2 (Ages 4–7):

Focuses on strengthening water safety skills and increasing independence. Swimmers refine floating, movement, and recovery skills while building coordination and endurance in a controlled, supportive setting. Best for: Swimmers who are comfortable with basic skills and ready for greater independence.

Level 3 – Stroke Development (Ages 5–12):

Designed for swimmers who are already comfortable and independent in the water. This level introduces and refines freestyle and backstroke fundamentals while building coordination, efficiency, and endurance. Best for: Confident swimmers ready to develop strong stroke foundations.

Not sure which level to choose?: Most families register based on comfort level rather than age alone. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help guide placement.
